Pray for an end to the ethnic violence and social unrest plaguing India, that God would raise up peacemakers to heal deep divisions and bring reconciliation, for blessed are they who shall be called the children of God (Matthew 5:9).
Pray for protection, comfort, and strength for all those in eastern India impacted by the devastating cyclone, that they may find God to be their refuge and a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1).
Pray for the flourishing of justice and righteousness in all spheres of Indian society, including for the protection of media freedom and the integrity of its institutions, that judgment may run down as waters and righteousness as a mighty stream (Amos 5:24).
Be grateful for the ingenuity and diligent work of the Indian people in advancing technology and pursuing sustainable energy solutions, as God establishes the work of their hands (Psalm 90:17).
Be grateful for the economic growth and increasing prosperity observed in India, reflecting the Lord's wisdom in making the earth full of His riches for the benefit of all (Psalm 104:24).
Be grateful for the manifold good gifts bestowed upon India, from its intellectual capital driving innovation to its agricultural bounty supporting its people, knowing that every good gift and every perfect gift is from above (James 1:17).
