Pray for the Lord's divine wisdom and profound understanding to direct the Benedictine Abbey of Montserrat in its liturgical and cultural discernment, so that all their endeavors honor Christ and bring clarity, for the LORD giveth wisdom: out of his mouth cometh knowledge and understanding (Proverbs 2:6).
Pray that as the Abbey of Montserrat embarks on its physical restoration, the Lord would pour out His peace and prosperity upon all its inhabitants and institutions, ensuring deep spiritual well-being and cultural flourishing within its walls (Psalm 122:7).
Pray for the Lord's restorative health and deep spiritual healing for the people and historic institutions of Montserrat, mending any past wounds and guiding them into a future of wholeness and renewed purpose, for the Lord declares, "I will restore health unto thee, and I will heal thee of thy wounds" (Jeremiah 30:17).
Be grateful for the ongoing restoration of Montserrat Abbey's facade, a testament to the preservation of beauty and heritage, for every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and cometh down from the Father of lights (James 1:17).
Be grateful for the vibrant Fira de Lletres i Vinyes, celebrating literature and wine in the Raval de Montserrat, which reminds us that the earth is the LORD's, and the fulness thereof; the world, and they that dwell therein (Psalm 24:1).
Be grateful for Montserrat Alvarado's historic appointment as the first lay woman to lead Vatican Communications, trusting in God's good plans, for He knows the thoughts that He thinks toward us, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give us an expected end (Jeremiah 29:11).
