Pray for the leaders and all in authority in Laos, that they may be granted wisdom and integrity to govern justly, dismantle networks of corruption and drug trafficking, and foster an environment where all citizens may lead quiet and peaceable lives in godliness and honesty (1 Timothy 2:1-2).
Pray for God's boundless comfort and solace to embrace the families grieving sudden losses and those anxiously awaiting news of loved ones still missing in perilous situations, that the Father of mercies would be their God of all comfort in their tribulation (2 Corinthians 1:3-4).
Pray for divine protection over the people of Laos, especially in areas still threatened by unexploded ordnance and natural dangers, that they may truly dwell in the secret place of the Most High and abide under the shadow of the Almighty, finding Him to be their refuge and fortress (Psalm 91:1-2).
Be grateful for the spirit of compassion and mutual support evident in the generosity shown to children and the community efforts for their well-being, reflecting Christ's law of love (Galatians 6:2).
Be grateful for God's providential hand in the autumn harvest and the establishment of new endeavors in commerce and international cooperation, blessing the work of many hands (Psalm 90:17).
Be grateful for the vibrant cultural celebrations, the beauty of the land, and the very existence of Laos and its people, for the earth is the Lord's and the fullness thereof (Psalm 24:1).
