Pray for the Lord God to intervene powerfully in Syria, causing all hostilities, retaliations, and bombings to cease, breaking every weapon of war, so that His peace may reign throughout the land (Psalm 46:9).
Pray for all those in Syria suffering from the profound grief of loss, systematic violence, and displacement, that the Lord, who is near to the brokenhearted, would bring comfort, healing, and salvation to their contrite spirits (Psalm 34:18).
Pray for the leaders and all those in authority in Syria and neighboring nations, that they may be guided by divine wisdom to pursue pathways of justice and peace, enabling all people to live quiet and peaceable lives in godliness and honesty (1 Timothy 2:1-2).
Be grateful that diplomatic engagements and the reopening of borders are fostering greater regional unity and cooperation for the people of Syria (Psalm 133:1).
Be grateful for the international support and internal initiatives aimed at rebuilding infrastructure and revitalizing the Syrian economy, establishing the work of their hands for future prosperity (Psalm 90:17).
Be grateful that God's thoughts for Syria are of peace and not of evil, as the nation seeks pathways toward regional stability and a hopeful future (Jeremiah 29:11).
